Ashleigh Johnson, the starting goalie for the gold medal-winning Team USA at the 2016 Summer Olympics, has returned to Princeton and is looking to lead the Tigers to a historic 2017 season. She joins TigerCast to talk about the journey from Rio, how much she has enjoyed being back to her life as a student-athlete, and what she hopes viewers see from her Princeton squad when Saturday's game (10:30 am) is televised live on ESPNU. Following Ashleigh's interview, both Charlie Volker (Men's Track & Field) and Allison Harris (Women's Track & Field) join the show to talk about their seasons and preview the upcoming Heptagonal Championships. Volker talks about keeping his body healthy after an Ivy championship football season, as well as having one of his top challengers in the 60m on the same Princeton team. Harris discusses her Ivy record pole vault last weekend, and talks about what makes a Heptagonal weekend so special.

Lindsay Temple, the reigning Ivy League champion in the 200 back, joins TigerCast to talk about a roller coaster season for the Princeton women's swimming & diving team, which included the retirement announcement by head coach Susan Teeter. Temple reflects on the year, talks about how mentally tough it has made her team, and looks ahead to the weekend championships at Brown. Men's volleyball standout Kendall Ratter, coming off the best weekend of his Tiger career, follows up to reflect on the team's 2-1 start in league play, as well as his own development from last season and the overall picture of the EIVA this season.

Welcome to the first Princeton LaxCast, a weekly podcast to discuss Princeton men’s lacrosse and college lacrosse in general. The podcast will usually feature Princeton head coach Matt Madalon, though it will also have defensive coordinator Jesse Bernhardt and possibly others on at times. In Episode 1, Coach Madalon talks about his first full year as head coach, the big themes of the off-season and fall, and the coming season, which begins Saturday against NJIT at 3. The Princeton LaxCast will run each Thursday during the season.

Spencer Weisz, the reigning Ivy League Men's Basketball Player of the Week, joins TigerCast to talk about the frantic final seconds in the one-point win at Harvard, the seven-game win streak that the Tigers are currently riding, and his thoughts on both a current and former assistant coach — Kerry Kittles and current Cornell head coach Brian Earl. Afterwards, Princeton men's and women's fencing coach Zoltan Dudas joins the show to talk about his Top-5 men's and women's teams, which head to Philadelphia this weekend to compete at the Ivy League Championships. He gives his thoughts on the strong season, the team depth, and he shares some thoughts on the championship event.

We begin the wild February month with a TigerCast that features three teams with important home weekends. Women's basketball coach Courtney Banghart talks about the development of her young program, as well as what has surprised her about freshman Bella Alarie, and why her team could benefit from the Ivy League tournament more this year than in others. Senior wrestler Jordan Laster follows to talk about how a loaded schedule has prepared Princeton for the Ivy League rigors, and he also shares what has impressed him most about Matthew Kolodzik, one of the top-ranked freshman wrestlers in the nation. Women's hockey senior Cassidy Tucker rounds out the show with thoughts about the team's red-hot two months, why Princeton was able to maintain rhythm over the exam break, and how much she is appreciating every game and practice over the final weeks of her collegiate career.
